Bold North: Coldest Super Bowl
February
Super Bowl LII goers experienced the coldest Super Bowl in history yesterday. Although it wasn’t out of the ordinary for native Minnesotans, people were thankful the game was played indoors at the U.S. Bank Stadium. There was a 70 degree temperature difference from inside the stadium to outside yesterday, due to temperatures in Hennepin County temperatures being below zero all day. Wind chills were well below zero as well, Greenfield, MN recorded a wind chill of -31°F.
